The material presented
here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
As We Understood...is one of our pieces of CAL (Conference Approved Literature) that's been around since 1984 or so. It is great and I just picked it up again from our personal CAL library.
Its a small sized (ODAT sized) reader of members reflections from all over the world. For me its a great little spiritual support book.
I agree!! I just recently purchased this book and it contains some wonderful shares on a variety of issues that we face in Al-Anon. I had forgotten that it was available--it is not one that gets alot of face time, but it is another valuable tool of the program.
