I managed to get myself in to the doctor today to have her check the lump I had found under my arm .. She checked it out and mentioned she could feel what I was feeling but mentioned also that I do have a muscleband there. She mentioned she felt the lymphnode areas and didn't seem to think there was any swelling in these areas.. However, this is my 2nd time there since the beginning of November.. She said she didn't think she was concerned with cancer just yet but set me up an appointment for an ultrasound for the beginning to the second week in january ..

I felt much more comfortable when i left but again ask for your prayers as i need to quit smoking and begin to take care of myself .. I'm not even sure where to begin .. maybe this is the first step .. just the admitting ..

Thanking you all again for being so welcoming to me coming in here .. The only concern i have left is that there is still some soreness in certain areas ..

hoping and praying with you all i hope for the best outcome .. I did have the awareness that there is no better one to leave the results to than my higher power himself .. not typing this with much feeling, just simple truth ..

this is also a We program, not an i program .. as long as we have alanon and the alanon worldwide family and fellowship, i know we never have to walk through anything alone again ..
