THE RELAXED APPROACH

Step One: RELAX I don't have to be in charge or in control anymore. It's going to be okay.

Step Two: RELAX I can simply believe that someone stronger than I can restore me to health and wholeness.

Step Three: RELAX I can easily turn my whole life and well-being over to God, as I understand Him.

Step Four: RELAX I can simply admit that I am a human being who is not perfect.

Step Five: RELAX I can actually tell God, myself , and some other trusted person about the mistakes I think I've made.

Step Six: RELAX I can simply become entirely willing and ready to allow a loving God to gently heal me.

Step Seven: RELAX I can simply ASK Him to do that - to heal me.

Step Eight: RELAX I can make a list of the people I've harmed easily and put myself at the top of the list and become willing to make gentle amends to myself and others.

Step Nine: RELAX I can, with God's help and the program's, make up for any harm I've done. I can easily let go of my guilt.

Step Ten: RELAX I can easily do all the above each day.

Step Eleven: RELAX I can easily get closer and closer to God. I will be empowered to do His Will.

Step Twelve: RELAX My spirit will gently re-awaken by all this letting go according to these simple steps. I can happily share my good news with others and live my life fully!

These twelve steps are the answer - so what's the question?
