I loved this too - it made me giggle. My next thought is "Ok, drop the rock but don't let it land on your toes!" LOL

love you guys...

you goofball! haha

I have always liked it too. I wish that guy who told me was still here. He had so much to give.

Glad it touched you. I like that don't allow the disease to pull you down into the pit too.

The A is there alone and of course will want to pull you down. The A disease that is.

hugs, loved the don't drop it on your toe too! lol

love,debilyn

I also like "letting go of the post" A concept I gleaned from the first season of Survivor. I hadn't followed it, don't watch it but relatives were watching it and so I did - there were three contestants left. The challenge was to move around on pylons keeping one had on the center post at all times, if you let go of the post, you lost; whoever was left touching the post won the challenge. Early in the game, Richard, the one who went on to win, let go of the post, raised both hands and backed away. I have often thought back to that, letting go of something to see what happens, rather than just hanging on and hoping nothing knocks me out.
