Hit a brick wall

I've hit a brick wall and cannot seem to get over it, through it, round it or under it.

The anxiety is choking me and I still cannot eat or drink anything without feeling I am going to choke.

My arms and legs hurt so much and I am not sleeping properly.  I try to make myself do something every day, but it all seems so pointless.

I feel so alone and dereft that I feel I am going through a living death;  infact I would be better dead right now.

I have seen my doctor, and I have been to see a Cruze Counsellor.  I am working on my injuries and trying to do my daily exercises and I am trying so hard to do everyday stuff but the anxiety and the aches and the emptiness just do not seem to go away.

Nothing has ever got to me the way this present situation has got to me and it is with every ounce of strength that I write this now.

Please pray that I come through this for it feels like I will never get to the other side of all of this right now.

Thank you family.
Suzannah

Yes u will get thru this . Rest and heal take care of yourself . Pick great music to listen to happy lively stuff  we all know what a positive attitude can do for a gal .   I know it's easy to be negative when sick and in pain , but I have come to learn that it slows down recovery .  Think positive this is one of those times when u really have to look around and see all the tihings  you should be grateful for , little things that most of us take for granted , a roof over your head a nice bed to sleep in little stuff , it really does work . Gratitude lists are very positive things . good luck will add u to my prayers   Louise

Hi ((((Suzannah))))

Really sorry to hear you feel so bad. Anxiety is a horrible thing and can be crippling as you describe.
Have you tried breathing excersises? they can help.
Keep trying anything that helps you relax, rest lots and pamper yourself any way you can.
Please dont feel so alone, you know we're all here with you. I remember how you kept me company when I was ''all at sea again''

If I may I'd like to share with you my night time prayer

Lord keep us safe this night
Secure from all our fears
May angels guard us while we sleep
Till morning light appears.

With love hugs and Gratitude Carol

Aloha (((((Suzannah)))))

Might it be that the thing to do for now is just sit down by the all with
patience and let it all go to your HP?  That is what worked for me and
it improved my faith.  There is no way you will be denied an answer or
help when you use patience and faith.  You have seen good times.  More
are available.

(((((hugs))))) smile

Hello Suzannah,

Ya know, illness and injuries take a lot out of a person.
Then our not so good pals 'anxiety' and 'sadness' take a toll too
Sorry you have seen so many stormy times but there is
always a rainbow and the sun returns again and again.      sun.gif

TLC and rest with your HP near.  We all believe in you and you will too soon.

Keeping you in my prayers.
hugs, ddub

Suzannah, Faith and the power of prayer will work wonders. Know you are in my prayers. Put yourself in HPs hands, and ask for his help and understanding. Keep your faith.

(Double Hugs)
