Beginning a new job

Training information coming in at break neck speed

Driving on interstates long since driven

Trying my hand back out in the work world

Alarms, Timers, Supervisors, Buzzers

From sedate to intense

Appropriate appearance required

Less then confident in new found techniques

People skills to be sharpened

Computer knowlege stressed and stretched

Pressure vs passive

Phones ringing off walls

Customers in a hurry

Management establishing high standards

Day one out of training ...terrified

Tried new approach while driving day two

Breathe, remain calm, prayed for understanding, strength,
confidence, focus

100% Turn around as a result of new approach

From wanting to cry

To enjoying new job

Plan of action repeat new approach as needed

Acceptance now ...It can only get better

What a great post Peggy and I can feel all those
emotions represented so well in your writing.
Congratulations on the new job, new changes
and new choices.  You are flexing your courage
to change the things you can and look at all the

keeping the good thoughts and yes  what a great reminder; use that simple deep breathing exercise. is a beautiful visual  and mental  gift to and for us that we can all be smile.gifblessed with from knowledge of this program.  i love yas.
