Greener Grass?

In my younger days of married life, I would have said The Grass wasn't greener on the other side, one still has to MOW the grass.

Now, having surpassed the 27th year, I would have to say it's more like this with the Fence Thing:  Either side of the fence; there are Fields to Plow, Manure to Spread, Avoid Stepping In, etc.  ROFL

Thanks for sharing. After 31 years of marriage, I wonder about many things too. Things just look different living with a recovering A. The disease and the dysfunction seem to always be there no matter what we have accomplished together. I like to think of it as "arrested development" for him and me.

But I do want more for myself. I am not sure what more is but when I see it and feel it I will know.

Yes, sometimes we have to do some pretty fancy steps, not to step in it!! LOL I think a lot of us have some well-fertilized lawns, ROTF! TLC
