Found a new book worth sharing...

...although it isnt directly related to addicts.

I was given a gift from my sister this weekend. Its a book by Harold H. Bloomfield called "How to Survive The Loss of a Love".

As I said, although it isnt directly related to addicts, it can certainly apply to the end of a relationship with one. Its easy reading and for whatever love you relate it to, it makes complete sense and lets you know that the feelings you are having are completely normal.

Just thought I'd share....

It's one of my favorites too Heartbroken,

My book is dog-eared, well read and well loved.  It's my constant through the many losses that I've experienced and due to the nature of life will have to continue to endure.
