one day at a time

Isn't this the best way to look at life in general? Trying to live thru this day only, not tackle all my problems at once...sometimes it is hard to do, not to look ahead at what is to come. It gets overwhelming to wonder about the future, what if this or that,  lets just live for today.

Ya know, I was just thinking the same thing myself last night. With or without addiction in our lives, we never know what will happen tomorrow, or the next day, so why worry about it until it gets there. Keep that attitude, it looks good on you!!
hugs!

Usually, I cant even go as far as one day at a time. I need every moment at a time to be grateful for. Especially being in program and knowing that I am not alone.
