Thank God morning,

Remember this old saying some would say Good God morning or Thank God morning

I am Thankful the spiritual Awaking I have bin experiencing. I have bin going to camp as you all know. This is where I am most able to learn how to calm me down for this time in my life. I have bin enjoying every moment for I have found this inter peace that has brought out my Writing. I wrote a few poems from the experience I was having. I also took notes of well lessons, I have received. Through this journey of mine.

It starts with finding a peaceful place ,in your surroundings,

Relaxation..

Meditation.

Prayer.

Once I started to do these three things ,The lessons came as well as my poems.

Courage.is doing Something new and different.

Or To pass fear behind me and step forward.

My spiritual side of me calls it Hope and Faith all will turn out for the best..In time Patience!

Positive thinking

Pulls on my Faith at timesTo get my thoughts together to speak, Think, then believing in positive results.

Relaxation is my body, mind, spirit.

I find my strongest self helping the other two.

When I sometimes am doing something I get distracted

Clean place to work is pulling me from this positive spiritual aim.
