I sponsor people, but prefer the person to contact me and have some feeling or connection with me from listening to me post on-line message board or the chat room. Right now i'm sponsoring several people, so don't need to over load myself, but I would listen to nmike has a great idea of posting on-line in the message room, go to meetings, listen to people share and pick someone whose story is similar to yours or that sounds like they have enough time in the program to be able to help you. Listen to peoples responses in the chat room and you will see right off which have a long time in the program and have a good grip on the program.
