The very good friend I spoke of in the other posts is needing prayers to your HP please. His father and step-mother were in a very bad motor cycle accident Friday in Mississippi and are in the hospital there. Here is what he said on our myspace bulliten board:
Just to let everyone know, my father is doing well. He is still in ICU and they have him on a resperator. They are slowly weining him off of it and hope to soon have him in a room. He has suffered multiple rib fractures, a cracked skull, broken collar bone and internal bleeding in the brain. his wife is not doing as well but they are very positive on her recoverey. She hit the front of her ehad in the accident and has a large amount of internal bleeding in the brain that had to be drained. She has still not completely regained consciosness but is making efforts to move body parts. (as if she is trying to wake up). Please keep them in your prayers and thoughts.
*UPDATE*
I got to go back and see him. He was very responsive to me. I grabbed his hand and held it and I could feel the muscles in his hand trying to contract and squeeze my hand back. Whenever I talked to him he could kind of nod yes and no. Asking him if he is comfortable and warm. I could see his stomach jitter as he tried to giggle at me and my sisters jokes. When we went to leave i said I love you and I could see his tounge moving around the respirator mouthing out I love you. I now know for sure he is gonna be ok... I just really needed to touch him.
Friday afternoon when I found out about this I called him and he said that his dad didn't remember ANYTHING, not even who he was. Yesterday, he recognized his son...HP is AWESOME!! BUT they are STILL needing prayers/good thoughts so please remember them. Their names are Tony and Lynette Evans.
