information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal

Whilst been here I have learned to take little steps to change things. But Im going to work on 2 things this week. Looking after myself and and change my opinion of my self.
Maybe if I can change my opinion of myself I might feel like going out. I understand I have to take it one day at a time. But this is my goal for the end of the month.
The plan is to:
Have a bath and a read Pluck my eye brows Have 3 good meals aday Attend meetings here
I think thats enough for this week. Little steps at a time.
Im doing soooooo well. I had my bath and other lady things. I had a read and plucked my eye brows. I have eaten 2 healthy meals and I am fighting sooooo hard not to binge on sweet stuff.
LOL! When I read your title I thought it said "Aisms" for the week and I thought I wonder how many Aisms I will encounter this week....LOL!
I think your "Aims" sound awsome! I am still setting my goals one day at a time, and when I get thru the week and have accomplished my goals, I give myself a little reward. I always give myself a bit of a reward even if I don't accomplish what I wanted to, part of me taking care of myself and loving myself no matter what!
