For those of you who have signed up for the free dailey meditation reading from www.hazelden.org and haven't been getting them for a few days I contacted them. If your email ends with rr.com (i.e.) ksie&@rr.com (not a real email) they are trying to remedy the problem. It seems as though Road Runner is blocking for them for some reason, even if you have it in your address book. But you can still get the readings by going to the main hazelden page and clicking on today's gift. I love getting these readings and have learned much from them. They are part of my morning routine, along w/my other meditations. I don't like it when I can't get them. I feel off kilter and I don't need any help in that department! lol Hope this helps.

This is a common problem, when you have a major outfit as an ISP they will frequenly block any source that seems to be "spamming", i.e. they see a number of copies of the same email going out to different addresses on their network. Well of course if you have a list subscription, or daily mailings, it's logical that dozens or even hundreds of people on a given ISP network might get the same mail every day. But unless the source is recognized and a big one (like Yahoo), any attempts to get your ISP to unblock will fall on deaf ears. Or you'll get unblocked only to get reblocked 3 days later for the same thing. I gave up fighting it. Spammers may have soiled the airwaves, but the spam cops now beat up your friends at the door. IMO the cure is worse than the disease.
