Was feeling wierd

I finally made steps and am taking care of stressors.

Had to put my two very old dogs down a few days ago. Tedirug and Herbert  Hudson are no longer in pain and constantly starting fights. I have not slept  all night for almost a year. Had to let them out allll the time, plus they woke me up grumbling.

So I have slept allllll night for 3 nights now. No more horrible barking, growling. they were always afraid to be touched, plus tedi was blind and deaf. I could not stand them suffering anymore.

I was feeling so strange yesterday and last night.I had talked to my son and my friend Sharon. after words I thought, gads I sounded so silly and stupid.

Felt this feeling of being sorta ok.

guess what? the wierd feeling is:   Happiness!!!!  A lot of the pain I have felt was from sleep deprivation. I had NO idea it would do that to a person.

oh sweet zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz  love,debilyn

I am so glad that your two dogs are not suffering any more, and what's more I am so pleased to hear that you have been sleeping well. Sleep deprivation has horrid, horrid side effects and sure can relate to the ache and pains that accompany this activity.

As you relax more, and get a better quality of sleep, you will find that your world will take on better colours...so here's hoping that you soon will see a glorious rainbow of colours.

Take care my friend. And sweet dreams.

Yes I love sleep. I slept in today myself. :) Had this bad allergy headache and knew it would get better in the fresh air but the stress of High fuel prices and going broke has been keeping me up and wearing me down.

YaHoo for the weekend. If I don't work, I don't lose money. :)

While I'm sure it was very hard to put your old friends to rest. I know they are in a better place. Sounds like you are doing so much better too. I was worried about you.

Sleep deprivation can be real hard to deal with. It can cause all sorts of ailments.

So glad you are feeling better.

Love and Blessings to you,

Claudia

Putting down our old friends can be so tough. I'm sorry it was time. In my experiences, I have found that the thought of losing them can often be way worse than the feelings of sadness and peace that come up after.

I'm glad you are getting more sleep and feeling more encouraged.

Blessings,
Lou
