I wish there was a button to push for help. I was in chat twice this morning early. There was a person there who was asking very weird off the wall questions. They were not obscene or anything like that. Just quite confusing. I left once and returned. Three people left suddenly ...they they had been run off.
I wish there was a button to push for a moderator to step in and see if this person is for real.
I realize what is said in chat and who is there is private, so I won't explain the kinds of strange questions and comments. But if you are a moderator and can scroll up to the last few hours you can get the drift.
This person may have been on the up and up. But she was certainly confusing and strange.
I don't think that what was said in the chatroom and who was there is confidential unless it is during a meeting, in which case we protect each others' anonymity. However, this issue is probably better handled by a mod as you asked. I hope that your next experience is more comfortable!!
