Chairperson opened meeting with the Serenity Prayer
1st thing on agenda was the OP schedule which was posted. some Alternative positions were also filled. General guidelines and responsibilities on being a chairperson were also posted.
The november Minutes were approved as written.
Next on agenda was the treasury report, which was given by dot,She explained that John was in the process of setting up an account to pay for the site, but in the meantime,you could still send donations to John personallly John's address was posted.Discussion on the cost of running the site was also talked about.

Discussion from last months topic about adding extra step meetings were discussed and motion was made to change tuesday morning regular meeting to a step meeting. It was voted on and passed.
