I gotta make it so that if the AH screws everything up, I don't get screwed up right along it.

Sometimes I have to reword things so that they will sink in.

Maybe I just need to cover my ears with my hands and sing: (to the tune of "figaro")

My sponsor used to encourage me to see my wife with a large "SSS" on her forehead, standing for "sick, sick, sick".....

I thought it was silly at first, but it actually helped me!!  It's amazing how often we expect insane and irrational people to act in a sane and rational manner...
