for the responses about my Step-daughter's drinking etc. My DH did call his daughter and talked to her about her drinking. He said you can hang up on me if you want---but she listened to him, and was responsive. I did stay out of it (thanks to all of your responses). I did mention alanon to him and said you have talked to her about the drinking and the effect on her girls--but I said now we have to leave it and "Let Go and Let God". He was in agreement. Thanks again-this board is awesome!!
