Help with "runtime" error message....

deb need help hen i cant write anything on the board it keeps telling me a runtime error and shuts down both message bboard and chat any ideas?

I got this pm from Belle1. I don't know how to help. I researched it and told her where to look on the internet.

does anyone know for sure? She is in Scotland and needs our help. please and thankyou!!
