I have received notice that the server is being moved and the chat room will be down.

"Due to a move to a new DataCentre, Chat4all will be down between 22:30 CET, 12/04/2007 and 8:00 CET, 13/04/2007."

This converts to 4:30 pm est to 2:00 am est I think lol.
