I am so sorry for your loss!!! There are no words of wisdom that can change your pain, but I love you and I hope the pain eases! Keep reading and take one day at a time. We will miss your words, but we know you are still with us. You are in my prayers.
I'm so sorry sweetie. Try to remember that death is a part of life and that you'll see her again. I know that doesn't help much right now, nothing does...please know that we all love you and hope you will take good care at this sad time..
Christy

(((((Debilynn))))) my thoughts and prayers are with You. have always looked forward to your posts, please do not stay away... too long. ~know that we are here and love you very much.
Debilyn: I know things are hard between you and your son right now. I also know they have been good. I know for a fact that my own issues have really clouded many many of my relationships. I feel very very very alone a lot of the time. I hope in time you and your son can reconnect and you can find joy in his life and his children.
I have been wondering where you have been the last few days.
Oh, girl, my heart just breaks for you. But you received a lot of good ESH from your friends here who care deeply about you. I liked what Christy said, about death being a part of life. And you will see your Mom again. You know that already.
Know that you are in my heart and prayers. Don't stay away too long.
Sending love and prayers your way. May HP hold you in his arms now.
I don't always think we can make sense out of these things, but perhaps your HP was recognizing that you are now strong enough to go through this, from all the good things that this woman brought into your life??? Just a thought....
Take care
Tom

Oh, deb, do what you can for comofort - hug those animals. Is there anyone who you can talk to about her, who knew her too? It is so comforting to share some of those good memories.
Just want to add my loving hugs (((((((((((Debilyn)))))))))))))),
Not gonna say much because at a time like this, it's just nice to have someone who understands, someone who cares, someone who can listen, and someone who will hug ya.
My mom died many years ago when I was 26. It hurt real bad.
Love ya, Maria

Wanted to clarify. I lost my bio wonderful "Mother" in 2000 to breast cancer. I was devistated. She was my best bud, only 17 years older than I.
I was left a very messed up lady. Somehow I met this older lady, we got closer and closer, I loved her and her husband and boys.
She started calling me her daughter and being my mom. I was so blessed. they are my parents. Helped me keep my home in many ways, were always there for me. She sent me packages with new cloths. I never buy new ones. cards, money, sponsored a needy piggy, Hoglicious.
We were in contact daily if not twice. Very involved in each others lives. She loved to boss me around and I loved it too.
I was so blessed with this woman. She was my mom, no one would ever argue that.
In my life I have experienced so much love from some very incredible humans. I have many good memories. Some people never have that.
anyway it is am here and i gotta try to go back to sleep. thank you for all your thoughts and hugs.
It really is the love of others that gets us thru this horrible grief. At least it does for me.
I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know you are in my prayers. Do what you have to do for you, but please don't isolate. Being around people that love you will help to ease your pain.
My prayers and many hugs of love come to you during this time of grief. Remember that we make so many wonderful friends (and family) in this life, and the memories of your "mom" and your wonderful friendship will teach you love and acceptance, and hopefully inspire you to make new friends and family on this journey we call life. I am so sorry for your loss. I have dealt with the loss of my stepchildren's mother recently, and they are having a hard time also. If I have learned one thing about dealing with death lately, it is to CHERISH every moment, and live each day fully, and love each other.... don't waste one moment.
((((Deb))) No explanation needed....a mom is a mom is a mom.....it's just a word, but it can describe either biological or a person who is connected by heart.
So glad you had this other mom is your life. I'm sure she was equally blessed to have had you in hers.
