reading posts from last to first

I have changed my" post by" at the bottom of the page to "last modofied" but it keeps going back to "start date". Am I doing something wrong? When I click on a post to read, I have to start at the bottom where the original post is.

Thanks for help in advance...Gail

Hi Gailey

Unfortunately you have to make the change from by date to last modified every time you access the board. On an individual post you can go to bottom and change the order from newest first to oldest first and it will be back with the original post at the top.

Not sure what is going on with the board right now. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.

I liked it exactly the way it was up until a couple days ago. Threads on the main board default to most recent posted threads first, not start date, and individual threads go from oldest (top) to newest (bottom).

Now, it's back to defaulting to start date order, which is nearly useless. I wouldn't mind if I only had to do it once, but it won't keep the setting even in a cookie. And the upside down reading of the threads is really annoying.

Same thing here!  It is a little distracting-I keep clicking on a post and then have to find the original thread.  Don't know what caused it and I have no idea how to fix it!

At least I'm not the only one having the trouble!  Makes me feel not so alone :)
