Hi everyone just wanted to wish you all a safe and Merry Xmas. I am flying out tomorrow to the city to surprise my Mum and Nanna. My Nan is 94 and quite frail and my heart tells me she will not be with us next year. I will be back on the 28th of December. For all of you who are doing it tough at the moment I am thinking of you. Christmas is not always full of joy for everyone and sometimes we need to remember that. No matter how hard your holiday season may be remember you are loved and cared about by each and everyone of us. To John and all the ops who help to keep this site going thankyou for being the angels on our shoulders everyday of the year. Luv Leo xxx
Merry Christmas to you to, and have a safe trip. Sorry to hear about your Nanna, what a great age to live to! My A's grandmother is 99 and is still just as robust as ever. She is in a nursing home, however, since she tends to fall and is legally blind.
Lovely post, proves we have all been In the darkness at one time or another.
No christmas Is not always great for everyone, and yes people are still suffering. We think of them, and It reminds us of what once was.
Your statement about the Op's was so nice to read. I am new to the family of Op's, but I'm sure I can speak on behalf of them all, when I say, We are all angels in this room, We do the service, but the roomies make It happen In here. We are all here on the one side of the fence, we pull together and make a great team. It takes a special something to make things work.
In my Opinion Mip Is full of special somethings, thats why It works so well.
