MESA, Ariz. -- A 12-year-old boy refused to get into his mother's car when he smelled alcohol on her breath, Mesa police said.
Rosanna Kaye Dudley, 36, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in the parking lot of her apartment complex on suspicion of aggravated DUI.
Officers said Dudley admitted to drinking one malt liquor beer.

Police said when they arrived, her speech was slurred and she was mumbling.
She was already on probation for DUI.
According to authorities, Dudley's driver's licenses was revoked, suspended and an interlock device was required on her car, which was not on the vehicle she was in when police arrived.
Dudley's son told police he wouldn't get in the car with her because she had been drinking.
"He may saved his life and hers," Crystal Bray, a neighbor, told CBS 5 News. "He could've saved anyone's life out there. I hope she will see the wisdom in his choice."
Bond was set at $3,600. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 22 at 8:30 a.m.
