Help I am blacklisted

Can't get into chat.  Keeps disconnecting me and saying I am blacklisted.  What happenened?  How can that be?  I don't understand what I am to do?  HELP.

Probably nothing  alot of people get into the room today but keep getting booted outagain . I assume the server is acting up again . There are alot of storms in the US right now which could affect things they tell me . keep trying

I have had that I just went in again through the link. Sometimes we have to re-boot.  I don't know why there are problems with chat there alway seem to be some but it is possible to get back in again because I did.

Thanks for the replies.  I figured out what I was suppose to do and did it and buy last night was able to get back on.  It was late and I was ready for bed by then though so I didn't join you.  Would have liked to with all that is going on right now.  See you all soon.
