frosty and fiesty at Eden

I went out to, well cannot remember now. But was in my tshirt as usual. thru on my sweatshirt though.

The horse were in rare form. All this food is paying off!  Elgin would pretent to bite Glaes, Glaes would pretend to kick Elgin. this went on and on, then Glaes would paw at Elgin like, "Oh i am just a little baby horse!" then he would turn around and bite at Elgins butt.

It was so much fun watching them. they would take off running, Glaes would kick up his back hooves and throw his head, Elgin would run along him very sound and strongly with his head high.

I have never seen horses play before. It was so cool. I watched and took pics for a long time. This one they are on  a hill overlooking Chiefs grave. They had ran there and were both sniffing the ground.

another thing Elgin does, which is so strange, he will pick up a stick and offer it to Glaes. Glaes is like,"huh?" Then Elle will start bapping Glaes in the mug with it. so wierd. He will be offering it to Glaes and Glaes will turn his head and so will elgin and bop he hits him.

these two were meant for each other. love, debilyn trying to type with her keyboard resting on Tavish who is in my lap on top of my electric blanket

(((((((Debilyn)))))))

Thanks for the visual of the prancing ponies!!

I love to watch animals play too. They really like it down here in Texas when it starts cooling off, like it has this week.

When I was growing up, we would sometimes have calves on my parents property. On cool days, they would hop, skip and jump around the pasture....running...frolicking! It was just so cool! LOL

Probably one of the reasons I still have such a foundness for cows (I love to honk at them as they graze in the fields along the highway as I drive....sometimes they look..sometimes they dont...but I bet they wonder what the heck I am up too, cuz I don't appear to have any hay for them!)

Anyway, thanks for the post!

Stay warm!

David

Good to hear the joy in your post again - glad that your other animals could help with the healing.

I'll bet it is beautiful to watch them play.

Wishing you a beautiful & blessed weekend,

Rita

((((((((Debilyn))))),

Sounds like a bit of heaven.  Thanks for sharing.  When Pipers wants attention she walks across my keyboard, as if she hasn't been paid attention to all day. Animals! Gotta love em'.

Live strong,
