Perspective

Ok so last night was a miserable night. Today is better.

Last night I talked to my neice who is 20 and told her about the cough syrup dilemma. She just kept saying that she couldn't believe that he would steal medicine from a baby. I don't know why I found that amusing. I didn't even care that he took it I just cared that he was lying to me and making me doubt myself again. Now stepping back and looking at it it's funny what I overlook and tolerate as the norm that others see as monsterous. I think to myself that is nothing compared to the crap I have been through with him, just a sprinkle on the cupcake. But to someone who has never had to deal with this kind of craziness the smallest of my ordeals seems incredible. I just thought that was funny and it made me think considering the topic yesterday was making mountains out of molehills. I think sometimes we make molehills out of mountains!

You are so right.  I have a 21 year old son who is 6'5" tall.  He wasn't always that tall... LOL

I never really notice my grass growing but... I keep having to mow it.  The slow progression of the disease and deterioration of our relationships seems to go the same way.  We don't notice it until something draws our attention to it.

Take care of you!
