How on earth do you edit a post?

I have read many times or have seen where someone has edited or deleted one of their posts.  How does one go about doing this???


I am not the most technologically advanced person but didn't think up until now that I was a complete moron.  I have searched and searched this site and cannot figure this one out.


Can someone please help?

usually when you are reading a post, you will see the words in blue  at the top right of the  post     quote and reply.  The word edit will only appear  for your post and reply that you have created.  If you click on the word  edit  the originally writing will pop back up in the white box. Then you can change what ever you like.


You are not a complete moron. there are still alot of things I'm learning about this site. And my pc. Learn something new everyday.
