Well, emailed terms and conditions for the future, was not long before he tried to have it his way again and forget negotiated agreement. Calmly reminded him of negotiaged agreement, stating why I could not fulfil new terms and told him I would continue until he found a replacement for me. I will reiterate this when I meet him face to face in a calm fashion hopefully!!!! and suggest that I finish immediately. I do want to get rid of this toxic relationship as it has not worked out for me financially at all and indeed I really want to detach from it now.
Have had a quick response in person and have explained my position, that I would be unable to fulfil what was asked. I have been asked to do the site my original way, two big jobs a year and it is clearly understood that I am unable to do big jobs on a monthly basis but have agreed to make minor revisions out of these times. We'll see how it goes, at least now I now I can establish boundaries, a first for me and implement them, also a first.
