"I will not allow you to be here if you yell and scare the dog. That is a big one for me. Any "any" animal abuse and out the frigging door he goes. And I will help if he won't go."
Debilyn, I love this quote from your post below. I feel exactly the same way. I am a big girl, and I have a choice, but don't dare start on one of my precious animals!!!! Fortunately my A loves all animals, and would start with me way sooner than the dogs, the cat, or the birds!!!
Thanks for the smile, and I send you best wishes as always, Diva

Diva, any time my dad and me are in the same room, the dogs pre-emptively hide so they won't get hurt. Or one of them hides behind me, like a "support." I wish it didn't have to be this way.
thank you Diva. lol That's what got me hurt the last time, I was pulling him by the sweatshirt hood away from a dog he took in. Next thing I knew I was flat on the floor with a torn shoulder.
He has not been in MY house since.
This is what makes my boundaries so very bar strong. This is named "Eden" for a reason. When you are here, you are welcome and safe and in sanctuary.
Probably why his bad side hates it here...love,debilyn
