T  - Tired  for 20 yrs now I have heard these words and come to understand that any one of these can hinder my reovery , get all four at once and  WOW !!!! HEHE had a few of those days in early recovery.


Recently at a meeting I found new definitions for H A L T  came from a forum favorites book I thought u might like them .


H - Honest


A- active


L - livley


T- tolerant  hows that for a diff perspective ????

I'd much rather ask myself if I'm your HALT then the other. The other has it's place but my focus is to look on the bright side.
