Unable to get into chat room, what am I doing wrong?

Hi,


I've been trying to get into the chat but I keep getting the message "unable to connect."  I am trying to enter through the website link that I found in the above post.  Help!

It never gets to the point of asking for authenticity.  It just says connecting then unable to connect.  I try to push connect again and it just keeps giving me the same message.
