Hello - I'm new here and checking things out. I thought I should dive right in and post now or I'll never do it! I've been in Alanon for over 14 years and I'm feeling like a newcomer right now. I'm full of self pity and grief. I'm trying to stay in the moment and not project. I'm very glad I found this website.
So glad you found us (again).... I too returned after a number of years away.... We are just glad you found us. Perfect place to get your mindset, get busy back into working the steps ~ and help you feel more comfortable to attend some meetings ~ Time to make for some "me" time.
