The material presented
here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
When I first came to the Program at 17 I had a few pretty neat visual realisations... ahead of my time & unable to fully actualize them ~ this is one:
Being such a sensitive & expressive person, an empath able to pick up other people's feelings, I was very in touch with and expressing that pain.
I would look inside my soul through my mind's eye in deep meditations & see all of the wounds from old, healing over. Each one was like a cut or a facet on my soul, that when I reflected that love back to the Universe & God, they refracted like a sparkling diamond, light beaming out in all directions ablaze, firey and brilliant.
That was a great thing to see from within & I am grateful I can still see myself this way.
I appreciate all of your love & kind support, we are all Angels in our own way, finding our way. I am proud & happy to be here, spared for some reason... the calm after the storm!!! Now for my flying lessons

I am so glad you are here. You are the sparkling diamond of hope to so many here. I also feel very lucky to be in a good place now. Not completely healed but on my way!
I too feel others emotions. I can sense their need and that is the beauty of my Higher Power giving me my gift. And for me to acknowledge it is beautiful in itself knowing what my purpose is in life and that is to help people. Not only to help people but to draw them to him. I remember you from years back when I used to be a religious member on this board and it's really nice to hear how much you have grown...but yet kept your balance all this time too. I am really glad I am back to breath in all of the messages.
