Is anyone interested in starting a "pen pal club"...just a thought. I always love to recieve a send a note and a card to someone on their birthday, Christmas or just to let them know I care. I am pretty old fashioned - what can I say?
I am willing to share home adresses with all who are interested and would like to get a suprise pick me up snail mail occasionally.

Hi Jen & others.... this is a really cool idea, and of course all in good spirit...
I would ask, however, that if you are offering home addresses and e-mails, that people make sure they do this by IM (private message), as we want to maintain the anonymity and safety that goes along with that on the board itself.

You probly don't know me but i have been coming here since last september, I am normaly known as flumpy but it wouldn't let me re regester as that so i had to add the 'bum' bit!
Anyhow i think this is a great idea, i for one am up for it, only thing is i live in England

Interesting idea- reminds me of something I used to do in junior high school with someone on the east coast. I kind of already consider us all pen pals of each other here on the board. Also, someone did mention the anominity issue, and to keep that in mind.
