Hey, someone got rid of most of the garbage mail

I keep checking in, hoping I'll see a spark of life on MIP.  My last post, I think in Nov., did not receive one reply.  Does anyone wish to continue on MIP?  I keep hoping.....

Hello! It has been a long while since I was last on this board, but there are many times when I think about it and feel grateful for the help I received here. Today was one of those days and I was inspired to come back and say hi. 

For a while I visited the Al-anon Reddit site, but I've realized that I'm in a different stage of my journey than most of those folks. 

Anyway, I hope you and the other folks I've seen that sometimes pop up again, are well!
