Mele Kalikimaka

Yeppers I again say it in my native language ...Hawaiian.   Merry Christmas to my loving, caring, recovering family.  I am not home in the islands at the moment but under the cold rain in Clovis California.  It is what it is whether I am fond of it or not.  This is my wife territory and I am riding along.  I use to live here on several occasions; with and without my alcoholic/addict.  It was a war zone at times and at others a love nest...at times.  Thank HP that it was also where I came into and started recovery in our program.  I have never left our program and don't intend to trip that insanity ever again. The program has changed a lot but the steps, traditions, slogans, literature and such remain true to us and our need for peace of mind and serenity.   Thank You God for all that you give me on a daily basis both gift and opportunity to help myself and be of help and support to others.

Thank you sooooo very much for this Miracles in Progress family and board.  Thanks to all of the brothers and sisters who care and are caring.   (((((Hugs))))) Jerry F biggrinwinkaww

Thank you very much, Jerry, and to you

You got a cold trade for warm sunshine, alright, Clovis is not a fair exchange for your home...way to make the best of it and recall the wonder of the journey. Hang in there, keep up the good work brother

Mele Kalikimaka right back atcha!

Honestly, any time I can use that phrase is one that I will gladly take!! I have only had the pleasure of visiting your native island one time in my life. But the nature/land and culture left a huge impression on me! And of course, I always gain serenity when you post your form of Program. I am thankful.

I would also like to extend warm wishes for the holiday season (regardless of how you celebrate it). It is a time when nature closes in, ready for the big reset. It is the celebration of the light within the darkness. It is a time when people go out of their way to think of others. A Blessed Time indeed!

May the MIP family that I have come to know and love be blessed with serenity and good health in 2022! I am grateful for each of you for different reasons!

peace : love : joy

Thank you all for the warm wishes. I am honoured to have MIP as part of my family. I hope the season blesses everyone with good health, peace and joy. By giving of yourselves, I am experiencing fresh hope and bright beginnings...one day at a time.
