Just got the written results from my bloodwork a few weeks ago. My cholesterol has never been this good! woohoo


April 06 - total 159, HDL 51 - I must be doing something right!


June 05 - total 180, HDL 54, Sept 03 - total 166, HDL 44, May 03 - total 191, HDL 42


My brother had a heart attack results in bypass Spring 03 so Ive been keeping a watch on my own.
