Hi. Bernie here. Just poking my head in the door. Wanted to say hello to all. Hope you are all safe and well. We're all good here. Nancy and I are both retired now. It's time.
I'm experiencing some physical pain because of a problem with my leg but it's being treated so I try to take that a day at a time.
As many of you know, I'm also in AA. Tuesday is my sobriety date. It will be 24 years. Nobody is more surprised than me.
I go to an Alanon meeting on Zoom every Saturday and I found out yesterday that Christmas Day is on Saturday. One of the girls agreed to host and to chair so that will be nice on Christmas.
I think that's all I needed to say.

Good to see you, and thank you for the update! Just chiming in to say I am grateful that my home Al-Anon district will have a Zoom meeting on Christmas day. I plan to be there for sure. What a blessing!
Mahalo (thanks) for the share wolf. I learn from old timers as I did at my morning AA group also. I applied lessons and experience from my Al-Anon sponsor and experience and earned gratitude and fond memories. I heard an old timers share and imagined by deceased father with gratitude to my Higher Power. Keep coming back.
Good to see you Wolfie and congratulations to you and your wife on retirement....how awesome for your AA anniversary - keep doing what you're doing one day at a time! Hoping your leg heals and your pain subsides - sending healing prayers your way! Always a pleasure when you 'poke you head in'!!
