I am grateful for this topic. It got me out of the "oh woe is me" mood. I am grateful that starting Monday our region won't be under full lockdown; I am healthy and my basic needs are met; I am losing interest in changing my AH-more self focused. I am grateful that my childlike spirit is back and that my friends have never given up on me. I am grateful for AlAnon and my desire to immerse myself in the program. I am grateful of self awareness-brevity is not my strong suit-so I'll stop now (smile).
Have a fantastic day.

Not getting COVID - despite working in a field that never stopped working/interacting with patients The health of my parents and kid - They have been COVID free too!! My parents getting their second COVID vaccination My job - Seems silly, but it is now my focus in life, and it provides me with the means to have all that I have. Al-Anon - but more specifically, the MIP Forum My Kid - so blessed to have such a caring/compassionate person in my life! The roof over my head A car that is paid off and (dare I say it?), running great! My eyes that allow me to enjoy the colors of nature, and allow me to work My ears that allow me to hear birdsong and Mozart, Vivaldi, Bach etc! A loving HP Curling up with a cat on my lap, and a Keto-Coffee in my hand!
