   ??? A close friend... ...I have years of experience behind me. I can manage now.

"Jack"...hmmm... in recent times I tend to say that the only qualifier I bring to a meeting is myself...

...not sure how this sits with Alanon... because sometimes I don't know where anything sits with everyone and every thing!

I am downhere on the coast. Painting mostly. Looking after mum three sheep... digging, planting- cutting the heads off of thistles...

...I still have some of my demons. Maybe I always will? 

But feeling more healthy today that i have for sixty years. More with it...

...and still a way to go... biggrin ...

DavidG, I think I can agree that I have a way to go too and that

as of late, I am my only qualifier, since playing attention to my

business is my only focus. Hope your day has been productive!!

aww At a camp ground 90 mins from home- hot days...!!!

Weekend celebrating the treaty with founded our country in 1840.

Getting myself prepared for a day-long workshop- at the end of the month...

quietly dealing with some old stuff that might get in the way of that-\but really

looking forward to the opportunity to participate. To try and fulfil my Step 12

and Tradition 5... ...as planned for this year... aww ...

 aww I needed to know how many Alanon groups in New York.

Of course, now things are in lock-down over there. But I looked and saw

that Betty's [or the group Betty was in] in Lower Manhattan, was still there.

That is what I want behind me- as I get older... biggrin ... aww ...
