Texans, is this a sign

Today I was driving in the middle of a very metropolitan area.  I was going to the grocery store to buy food.  Just before I left, my a had started a conversation with me telling me that he doesn't really understand why I want to leave Florida and go to Texas.  Frankly, I've been scared of the whole thing and not sure I am making the right decision.

So, as I was driving along I was asking my HP to give me a sign that I was making the right choice in moving to Texas.

I was so busy talking to the HP that I drove right past the grocery store. I turned down a little side street to make a U-turn and there right in front of me was a field full of cows.

Was that my sign?

Texas is great... If you are on the look out for signs though... lets see:

 - cows

 - horses

 - major music venue

 - mountains (disreguard if you have ever been to CO or TN)

 - Oceans (the gulf of Mexico anyway)

 - deserts

 - Pine forests

 - Oak Groves

 - Major metopolitan areas

 - rural citys

 - Fine arts

... did I mention I have moved 8 times in my life... and never left Texas.... don't want to!

Everyone have a great day, and yes ((((ditto)))) there is room for you here!

Ditto,

I don't know if that was a sign either, but I live in Florida and lately I've felt like leaving.  Texas has a lot to offer, sounds great to me!!

Funny! But you will see cows here, I live in Houston, it's a port city so you can get anything you want internationally & cheaply too.  Houston "prpoer" is 500 square miles, we have room for ya!

I also heard Austin is great for music & arts.

Ditto,

I'd say go for it- Texas is a great place.  My brother lives there.  The only thing I'm not fond of in Texas is the humidity.  But the people are friendly, everything is big, lots of great restaurants to eat at, and wide open spaces.  If it weren't for the humidity I think I would have moved there when my brother did.  (Also groceries and houses seem to be more reasonable).

I LOVE Texas!! I am "deep in the heart of Texas" here in beautiful San Antonio. I can't think of a single place I'd rather live. Friendly people, great climate (if you enjoy warm to hot weather). World-class restaurants, great music, beautiful beaches. It's a multi-cultural delight!!

Cows? Don't see too many here in SA. Were they Longhorns????

Good luck, Diva

Well I am a bit into messages etc.  Don't necessarily think the cows mean a move to Texas but animals are messengers.  Cows are very gentle, slow moving and calm.  Now if I had seen the cow it WOULD be a sign as I have always wanted a cow called Clarabelle.lol  Keep your eyes open for the next one.  Luv Leo xx
