I was wondering if any of you are familiar of a speaker & counselor named Theodore Gorski? He deals w/ a lot of recovery issues & is very frank. I just recently found an actual cassette tape of his & it is really heavy. Not w/o humor of course. I don't even know where I got it! Anyhow, I think I am interested in getting some CDs but I don't know which ones to get but I am very interested. The cassette is very old & I am afraid it might break.
Anyhow, I am doing well. Really slowed down on the coffee & am slowing down a bit.
Gorski was well known in the 80/90s for talking about #addictive relationships#
Now he us better known for relapse prevention. He is a good speaker
He doesn't have that much in detachment but he has a lot about denial and moving fast in relationships. Looking at dependency in relationships is initially very painful. Eventually it can become a gauge for self awareness.
