to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
Well things are improving slowly but surely. I am grateful that I am starting to sleep a little better.
My mind is starting to clear a little after a long couple of weeks struggling w sleep.
I feel better but still have to deal w long days.
I have been reading more alanon literature. I have even studied the big book to get more insight on the disease.
Now I can really see where a lot of our sayings come from.
I picked easy does it out of my God book. I think I will use it throughout my day.
Thanks for the suggestions about bad dreams.
I needed some insight that morning.
So glad to hear that things are getting better.
I know that sleep, eating the right foods, and exercise always do wonders for helping me feel a bit more balanced.
I hope that things continue to improve as you continue to focus on yourself. "Easy does it" is one of my favorites!
