When I've lost people that I love I've found it useful to think about the good times, to feel grateful for our time together. When I catch myself feeling sadness at the thought of not seeing someone again I feel grateful for the shared memories that I have with them, and look forward to creating positive new memories in my life so that I can imagine telling them all about good things going on in the future. Thanks Betty. I am hoping for that. I was very co dependent growing up. I was afraid to leave my mom. I never got what I needed and I am overly dependent. The only one to be dependent on is HP. I want to feel like I can handle what comes, just like you. you give me hope.
