Can't speak for your state, but when I had to file restraining order against hub last year, NO CONTACT meant just that. No mail, no phone calls, etc. so I would presume that means email also. We could not even have contact through another person...as in "tell her this: "tell him that"
Sorry for your situation. Maybe you should check with the police in your area.
No contact means no contact period or the restraining order is invalid . Its time for him to accept where his behavior has led him too. allow him the dignity to grow up .
