One day at a time 11-23

I wanted to share the reading from the One day at a Time Reader for today. It really spoke to me!

It talks about not being afraid of anything just for today, and to track down and expose nameless things in my head that I dread but are likely not a reality. It reminds me that HP is in charge if I accept that guidance and protection.  I am reminded that each day is brand-new and I have the power to make it a good day by how I think about it and what I do with it!  Just for today, I will make my day awesome so that when it is over I can look back on it with satisfaction and serenity!

Happy Monday!

Thanks for sharing this important reading for today. I love the "Just for Today" bookmark as it has great guidelines for how to live my life one day at a time.

Great reading and great share OceanTide - thank you for posting and for reminding us how much easier life is when we stay present. One day at a time is truly all we have...
