to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
Just wanted to post that I had started meditating again. I learned it in high school, and I remembered how much calmer it made me. Things that used to get to me didn't bother me anymore. I saw more beauty in the world and was generally a more relaxed and happier person. I know of a great website which teaches it regardless of what religion you are but I don't know if I am allowed to post links here. You can PM me if you are interested. Even if I can only do it for 10 minutes a day (though I have been averaging 20), I know that it is something good for ME and vital to my sanity and recovery. It is nice to quiet my whirring mind, even if it's just for a few minutes. Just wanted to post about it because I know it is helpful to me.
