Today is my one year anniversary of dating the greatest and healthiest man I could have ever dreamed up. I am so grateful to al-anon for teaching me how to make the changes within to be able to stop repeating the old habits and find healthier people to surround myself with. Life has only gotten better the last 4 years and I am truly amazed at how my life is progressing. Do the work, keep coming back, this program works when you work it and you are so very worth it! Life is truly better with al-anon! Sending you all love and support on your journey's!
